Information received by the Project
1.1 The Project collects, accesses and uses User’s personal data, technical and other information related to Users for the purposes defined in this Policy.
1.2 Technical information is not personal data, but the Project uses cookies that allow to identify Users. Cookies are text files available to the Project , to process information about the User’s activity on the Website, the Platform, the Personal profile, including information about which pages the User visited and the time the User spent on the page, the speed of using the Service Packages by the Clients. The User can disable the possibility of using cookies in the browser settings.
1.3 Technical information also means information that is automatically transmitted to the Project during the use of the Site, the Platform and/or the Personal Area by means of the software installed on the User’s device, namely:
1.3.1. information about the User’s activity on the Internet, in particular about the pages visited, date and time of URL-traverses, etc;
1.3.2 Information about the device and browser, through which the User is accessing the Internet: IP-address and (if the User is accessing the Site from a mobile device) the type of the device and its unique identifier;
1.3.3. information about interaction with Project advertisements displayed outside the Website, their number, frequency and depth of viewing.
1.4. Personal Data of the User means the information the User provides to the Project when they access the Website, the Platform, in the Personal Area, when they register and/or authorize on the Website, the Platform and/or in the Personal Area and when they use the Website, the Platform, the Personal Area, the Service Packages and when they fill out the Application-Application Form, including but not limited to
1.4.1. last name, first name, middle name;
1.4.2. email address;
1.4.3. contact telephone number;
1.4.4. messaging accounts;
1.4.5. links to social network profiles (pages);
1.4.6. picture (photograph) of the User;
1.4.7. other information provided by the User to the Project through the Website, the Platform, the Application-Application Form, myAlpari and during the provision of the Services within the Service Packages;
1.4.8. data that is transmitted automatically, depending on the settings of the User’s software, in an impersonal form.
- Personal data
2.1 Processing of personal data of the User means recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, change), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data of the User, which do not fall under special categories, for the processing of which the Project, under the current legislation.
2.2 The User consents to the Project to the processing of his personal data provided during registration and/or authorization and use of the Website, the Platform, the Personal Area, filling in the Application Form, including the transfer of such personal data to third parties under the Agreement between the Project and the Client, as well as for the purposes of partnership programs with such third parties, even when such transfer occurs outside the country, to the territory of other countries (cross-border transfer).
2.3 The processing of personal data occurs both with and without the use of means of automation.
- Limitation of liability
3.1 The Site, the Platform and the Personal Area are not publicly accessible sources of personal data. At the same time, if the User performs certain actions, his personal data may become available to an indefinite range of persons, of which the User hereby gives his consent.
3.2 The User agrees to receive newsletters and promotional materials from the Project, or from other persons on behalf of the Project, to the email address and contact phone number specified by the User during registration on the Site, the Platform and/or in the Personal profile.
3.3 The Project is not responsible for how the User’s Personal Information is used by third parties, with whom the User interacts as part of the use of the Website, the Platform and/or the Personal Office.
