24 boxing training sessions
Classes are three times a week.
Training is a warm-up, 12 rounds of 3 minutes and a warm-up
12 endurance physical training sessions
Classes 3 times a week. Performed on request in parallel with boxing in the 1st month

Balanced program for course load. Includes body volume measurements
Individual control and correction of your technique by a coach
Homework is handed in for each boxing lesson. Checking your homework is mandatory!
You don’t need a sparring partner to learn striking techniques. There are plenty of tasks to be completed in order to learn how to hit correctly, move around, and develop optimal defensive mechanics. In order to feel confident with a sparring partner, you need to have a certain arsenal. We specialize in working out and adjusting your arsenal on this course.
The uniqueness and advantage of our school lies in the fact that it’s not fragmented fragments of the huge amount of information scattered over the expanses of the Internet, but a well thought out and balanced methodology, where each lesson covers new topics, smoothly and consistently flowing from one training to another. We always remember what we practiced in the last training session and then we go on to the next elements, gradually, step by step, covering the entire boxing technique base. It can and should be practiced later with a sparring partner.
